The segment manages the entire process from design and manufacturing to delivery, installation, and rental of these modular units. 3. Tools: The Tools segment manufactures standard single-point brazed carbide-tipped tools, cutting inserts and tools crafted from advanced materials like polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and cubic boron nitride (CBN), as well as custom-made tools for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Its clientele spans key industries such as automotive, aerospace, oil and gas piping, and household appliance manufacturing. Art's-Way distributes its products through a variety of channels, including independent agricultural machinery dealerships, manufacturers' representatives, direct sales, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) sales pathways. The company was established in 1956 and maintains its headquarters in Armstrong, Iowa.
