Its B2C division is led by Meridianbet Group, an online sports betting and gaming operator founded in 2001 and licensed across Europe, Africa, and South America. The B2C division also includes RKings Competitions, which runs pay-to-enter prize competitions in the UK; MexPlay, a regulated online casino in Mexico; and Classics for a Cause, a subscription-based digital membership and trade-promotion lottery business in Australia. The B2B division, made up of game developer Expanse Studios and iGaming platform GMAG, develops, licenses, and distributes proprietary gaming technology to operators worldwide. The company was incorporated in Nevada on June 4, 2008, and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
