Additionally, this segment offers escrow closing and construction disbursement services, provides real estate information products, national default management services, and various other essential services related to real estate transfers and loan transactions. Lastly, the Republic Financial Indemnity Group Run-off Business segment focuses on private mortgage insurance coverage. This product protects mortgage lenders and investors from losses arising from defaults on residential mortgage loans, primarily those granted to homebuyers.
