Furthermore, it engineers and produces high-precision cold-formed and cold-extruded fasteners, including specific items like locknuts, SPAC nuts, and wheel hardware. Within the Assembly Components segment, Park-Ohio manufactures a range of products including aluminum components, direct fuel injection fuel rails and pipes, fuel filler pipes, flexible multi-layer plastic and rubber assemblies (like turbocharging and coolant hoses), and fluid handling systems. This segment also offers machining services and integrated value-added support, such as design engineering and part assembly. The Engineered Products segment focuses on designing and manufacturing highly specialized industrial equipment. Its product portfolio includes induction heating and melting systems, pipe threading systems, and forged and machined products primarily for industries like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, silicon, coatings, forging, foundry, automotive, and construction equipment. This division also engineers and installs mechanical forging presses, sells replacement parts, provides on-site field services, and produces structural components for the aerospace and defense sectors, along with rail products such as railcar center plates. Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. was established in 1907 and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
