It also provides specialized commercial, financial, and agricultural loans; equipment financing and leasing; real estate mortgages for 1-4 family and commercial properties; construction loans for single-family, multi-family, and commercial developments; installment loans for individuals; and interim construction financing. Supplementary services include safe deposit boxes, night depositories, ATMs, online and mobile banking, call center support, and treasury management. The Insurance segment functions as an insurance agency, supplying commercial and personal insurance products through a network of insurance carriers. The Wealth Management segment is dedicated to comprehensive wealth management and fiduciary services. This encompasses the administration and management of diverse trust accounts, including personal, corporate benefit, and custodial accounts, along with their accounting and financial oversight. Investment options, such as annuities and mutual funds, are facilitated through a third-party broker-dealer. Additionally, this segment oversees qualified retirement plans, IRAs, employee benefit plans, personal trusts, and estates. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated an extensive network of 189 banking, lending, and mortgage offices throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. This infrastructure included 150 full-service branches, 11 limited-service branches, 173 ATMs, and 38 interactive teller machines. Renasant Corporation was founded in 1904 and is based in Tupelo, Mississippi.
